GRIMM Costruzioni S.R.L.The historical archive
From the beginnings in the Prati district to today: a century of the family’s completed projects, collected in a photographic archive organized period by period - each building with its year. A family history that few firms can show.
The beginnings
1928 → 1940 · PratiThe first projects in Rome, in the Prati district: large buildings with refined finishes and modern lines, apartments served by several staircases, entrances at several street numbers, and, on corner lots, frontage onto several streets.

Postwar reconstruction
1940 → 1950 · Prati, Parioli, FlaminioIn the same Prati district, the buildings left unfinished by the war are completed during the arduous reconstruction; other large buildings follow in Parioli and Flaminio.

The boom years
1950 → 1960 · Trieste, Africano, Aurelio, Monte MarioThe city expands along new axes, and the construction sites follow it: the buildings between Via Nemorense and Viale Libia, the block in the Aurelio district between Via Gregorio VII and Via Monte del Gallo, and the adjoining lots in Monte Mario.

The urban development of Poggio delle Rose
1960 → 1967 · Roma Nord, via San GodenzoNo longer individual projects but an entire neighborhood: with the development of Poggio delle Rose, Via San Godenzo comes into being in Roma Nord. Some 690 apartments in elegant low-rise buildings set amid greenery, alongside shops, services, and garages.

Consolidation
1968 → 1992 · Roma Nord, Via Cassia and EURAfter the neighborhood came the high-end complexes: the nine apartment buildings of Parco dei Pini, A through I, set amid the greenery along Via Cassia; then, until the crisis of the 1990s, luxury condominiums and modern buildings with several staircases, from EUR to the Villa Lucy condominium on Via Cassia, and finally the return to Via San Godenzo, at number 176.

New directions
1995 → present · Brazil, Spain, Rome and its metropolitan areaThe persistent crisis in the Italian market prompts a look abroad, where the market is expanding: Villa Aurora Residencial in Porto Seguro, Brazil, and Las Mariposas in Marbella take shape. In Italy the Group adds parking infrastructure, both underground and above ground, and moves out into the wider metropolitan area and along the coast, from Le Rughe in Formello to Tivoli and Santa Marinella, with new construction and redevelopment projects.
